Bodyworks Massage Therapy, LLC Policies

New Clients- Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete and/or review intake forms. New Clients will be required to pay online prior to their appointment or provide credit card information to hold appointments.

Late Arrivals- As a courtesy to all guests, and to remain on time with appointments, late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for full-service fees.

Client who arrive 15 minutes or more past their appointment time will be considered a no show (see no show policy below).

Cancellation Policy- I require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.  If you cancel after the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. Fees must be paid before you can reschedule.  If using a gift certificate, the full amount of the service will be charged.  By providing your credit card information (or previously paid with a credit/debit card), you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card. Exceptions: true medical emergency or prior approval.

No show Policy- No-shows/no calls will be charged 50% of all scheduled services and will NOT be rescheduled. If using a gift certificate, the full amount will be charged.  By providing your credit card information (or previously paid with a credit/debit card), you are authorizing this charge to go onto your credit card.

Purchasing  and Receiving Gift Certificates

*Unless noted otherwise all gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase. No exceptions.

* Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or service packages.

* Gift certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable.

* Bodyworks Massage Therapy, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.

Redeeming Gift Certificates

* Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed or the gift certificate reaches the original expiration date, whichever occurs first.

* If a service exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.

* For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.
